Delta Homecare is fully licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources as a "Private Home Care Provider" and certified as a provider of the Community Care Services Program, the SOURCE Program and the Veterans Administration. We also provide services for the State of Alabama's Elderly and Disabled and SAIL Wavier and Public Health Programs. Our staff is available to serve you on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis, depending upon your specific needs. We structure services for each client's individual situation and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are committed to providing services in a manner that allows the client and family to remain as independent as possible. From a bath or homemaker services visit to live-in or companion services, our staff can customize a plan of care that meets your needs or those of your loved one. Our team of Registered Nurses can provide a complimentary assessment to assist in determining the level of care that is appropriate. We can provide care in any setting; from hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility or home. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to you or to families and friends in planning and caring for dependent family members.
